Requires a Plattpanna.


List of Ingredients




1/2 C butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/4 C chopped almonds

Recipe



Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add flour and mix well, then add butter. Drop a spoonful of batter in each space on a Swedish plattpanna. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees F. until light brown. Remove from oven and mold on a round stick before they have time to cool.
