Caper Sauce

melt a tablespoon of butter and stir in 2 tablespoons flour and add gradually 2 cupfuls of boiling fish stock.
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped capers and a little of the pickling vinegar from the caper bottle. Cook for 10 minutes. season to taste and at the last moment stir in a tablespoon of cream or an egg yolk to thicken. Serve with fish.
