Carrots in Parsley Sauce

Wash and scrape the carrots, cut unto slices and boil until tender. melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan, add 2 level tablespoons of flour. Cook gently for a few minutes. Then add sufficient boiling water, to make a thick sauce. Add the carrots to the sauce. At the last moment before serving add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
