Cauliflower Pudding

Wash a medium cauliflower and divide into small sections. put in a saucepan of boiling water. Cook until pieces are tender. Drain and place in a greased pie tin. Combine 3 eggs and a pint of milk seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour this over the cauliflower and top with grated cheese. Place in a warm oven until the custard has set and the top is browned. 30-40 minutes.
