    Prepare a pint and a half of cocoa in the usual manner, using milk only. Bring to the boil, stir in 4 tablespoons of semolina, cook gently for 10 minutes. sweeten to taste and pour into a dish to cool. Coffee cream can be made in the same way, using coffee instead of cocoa.
