    1 C thick cream
    2 eggs
    2 tsp sugar
    1 C sifted flour
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Beat yolks of eggs and cream together until thick and lemon colored. Fold in sifted dry ingredients then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake in buttered muffin pans about 35 minutes at 400 degrees F.
