2 pounds lamb, cubed
4 T butter
1 medium sized cabbage
1/4 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp salt
3/4 C sour creamRecipe
Brown meat in butter, add seasonings and about 2 cups water. Cover and simmer until nearly done. Add cabbage cut into eighths and cook uncovered about 20 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat thoroughly before serving but do not let it boil.
