    1 head cabbage
    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 pound ground pork
    milk
    1 C breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Slice the top off a head of cabbage and remove center, leaving about an inch of wall of cabbage. Combine above ingredients, adding enough milk to make the mixture fluffy. Fill the cabbage almost to the top. Replace the slice of cabbage over top and tie with a piece of string. Boil in salted water or broth about 2 hours. Serve with a sour and sweet cream sauce.
