    Requires a platte panna.

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 C sugar
    1/2 C butter
    1/2 C flour
    1 tsp lemon extract

    Recipe



    Add sugar to eggs and beat. Melt butter and add to mixture, then flour and flavoring.
    Place 1 teaspoonful of batter on iron and bake until very light brown. Roll on a stick or press into a patty shell.
    Var;
    Use sherry or almond and vanilla extract.
