Meat and egg pudding

Cut up into small pieces, three cupfuls of leftover beef, mutton or veal. Prepare a thick gravy. Season well and add 1 leek finely chopped. Put the meat into the gravy and heat it up, then pour the mixture into a greased pie dish. mix 2 eggs with 2 cupfuls of milk, season, and pour this over the meat. sprinkle with chopped parsley and bake in a warm oven. until the custard has set.
