Potato soup with bacon and croutons

List of Ingredients
8 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 / 2 leek, whites only
water to cover
40 grams butter
1.5 C cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
Bacon or side pork, in small strips and fried crisp in the frying pan
Bread cut into cubes and fry in frying pan
. Recipe
Wash and peel potatoes, onions and leeks. Boil in water until tender.
Drain and reserve water of potatoes, to dilute the soup with as needed.
Put Potato and onion into a blender and "run" with cream, butter and the water of potato and onion to achieve a nice velvety texture without lumps. Add bacon.
Adjust the soup to a fine consistency and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper
