    Use the recipe for Finish Bulla bread, or if you don't want raisins, use the recipe for Finish Pulla bread. Form the dough into small round buns and bake. When cooled, cut them in half, and then in quarters. Bake again in a slow oven until they are golden in colour. Remove and cool again, then return to the oven for a final crisping. Keep in airtight tins.
