Rice and rutabaga souffle

1 C cooked rice
2 C cooked and mashed rutabaga
2 eggs
1 T butter
1/2 C milk
1 tsp sugar
salt
pepper
dash nutmegRecipe
Separate eggs. beat yolks. Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix lightly. Beat egg whites and fold into rutabagas. Turn mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake in moderate oven.
