List of Ingredients
1 C butter
4 eggs
6 cardamom, pounded
2 C milk
1 C ground almonds
2 C sugar
3 1/2 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
5 drops almond oil
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks one at a time and flavoring. Add alternately, sifted dry ingredients, with milk and nuts. Last add stiffly beaten egg whites and bake in an angel food cake pan for 1 hour at 375 degrees F.
