    Spice rub for ribs and steaks

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 C paprika, Hungarian sweet or smoked
    • 2 T seasoned salt
    • 2 T garlic salt
    • 2 T onion powder
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 2 tsp ground allspice
    • 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp ground dried chipotle chili


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, mix together All ingredients. Rub generously on ribs a couple of hours before smoking or grilling For steaks, apply about 30 minutes before grilling.


    2. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.
