List of Ingredients
1 large can or jar of quartered artichoke hearts
2 T butter, or olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
Recipe
Drain the artichokes. Heat the butter or oil on medium heat, and add all ingredients, Shake pan and toss ingredients to coat. Serve hot as a side dish with lamb, goat, Baccala, (dried salt cod), or little neck clams.
