    Toss bite size pieces of kale and collard greens with a pinch lemon zest. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread out in an even layer in baking pan and bake at 300 degrees F. about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
