Roasted Provencal Chick peas

List of Ingredients
1 15-oz can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried in a towel
2 tsp fine sea salt
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Toss the chickpeas with with the other ingredients. Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake in the center of the oven until golden, about 40 minutes, tossing from time to time to keep from burning.
Transfer to a shallow bowl to serve. Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Var; Add any seasonings to suit your taste such as curry powder, crushed red pepper flakes or a personal blend of spices.
