Egg Drop Soup, Oriental Style

List of Ingredients
4 C chicken stock or broth
2 eggs
1 tsp or so of chopped parsley
1 T grated onion, or finely minced
1 T cornstarch
Recipe
Bring all but the egg and cornstarch to a boil.
Lightly beat eggs and gradually stir into the soup. Remove a half cup of the soup and stir the cornstarch into it until there are no lumps. Return it to the soup and boil until it thickens
