Shrimp Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 T oil
1/3 C coarsely chopped green pepper
1/3 C sliced celery
1/4 c chopped onion
1 (16-oz) can chopped tomatoes in juice
1/2 C water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 pound peeled and deveined shrimp.
Recipe
Heat oil over medium high heat. Saute bell pepper, celery and onion for 6-8 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice,and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and cook just until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf.
