Chili Beans, Smoked Salmon

List of Ingredients
3 slices bacon, cut in 1/2 by 1 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1/2 C flaked, smoked salmon
1/2 can corn, drained
1 (10oz) can Ro Tel tomatoes with chilies, (hot)
2 tblsp adobo sauce
3/4 C water
1 can mexican stewed tomatoes
Recipe
Fry the bacon, remove from pan. Saute onion and garlic. Add beans, salmon and corn. Remove from heat. Set aside.
In saucepan cook remaining ingredients. Reduce the volume by half. Add to the beans and heat through. Serve topped with fresh grated cheese and cornbread.
