Soup, Swiss Chard

List of Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1/4 C onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 quart milk
- 1 T butter
- instant milk
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in 1/4 inch cube. cook until almost tender in a small amount of water, with the onion.
- Wash and chop the Swiss chard, stems and all. Add to potatoes, cook until stems are tender. Drain and reserve liquid.
- Add powdered milk(1 1/2 cups for each 3 3/4 cups of liquid). Stir until dissolved. Return to pan with the butter and reheat.
