List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c cooked turkey, cubed
1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
1 C onion, chopped
1/2 C celery, diced
1 1/2 C turkey stock
1 C tomato sauce
1/2 C adobo sauce
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 T pasilla peppers, minced finely
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp each, cardamom, coriander and cumin seed, grind in morter and pestle
1/4 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat the stock. Saute onion, celery and bell pepper, lightly. Add everything to the pot and heat through.
