List of Ingredients
5 C turkey stock
1 C leftover turkey gravy
1 C diced onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 of a small bell pepper, diced
1 tsp pimiento, finely chop
1 1/2 T minced parsley
1/4 tsp saffron
2 C cubed leftover turkey
2 C shoepeg corn
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Recipe
Heat the stock to a boil and add onion, garlic, corn (if fresh is used) and bell pepper. Simmer until bell pepper is firm -soft. Add remaining ingredients, (corn, if frozen is used. Cook until reheated.
