List of Ingredients
4 C turkey stock
1 carrot, sliced 1/4" coins
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 c corn
1 1/2 C turkey, cooked and cubed
1 bay leaf
2 tsp minced garlic
2 T minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 C cooked wide egg noodles
Recipe
Heat the stock to boiling. cook the bay leaf and carrot until just tender. Saute onion and celery lightly. Add everything to the stock and heat through.
