List of Ingredients
8 C turkey broth
1 C turkey gravy
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 C cubed turkey
1 carrot sliced
1/2 C broccoli, chopped
1 Idaho baking potato, cubed
1 heart of celery with tops, chopped fine
salt
pepper
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp mace
1/8 tsp gumbo file
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
oil
Recipe
Saute onion in oil. Cook the carrot, broccoli, potato and celery in the broth. Add onion and spices and saesonings, cook until potato is tender. Add gravy and turkey and heat through.
