Soup, Turkey Tarragon

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 C turkey, cubed in bite size pieces
1/4 C onion, chopped
1/2 C celery, chopped
1/2 C mushrooms , chopped
1 small summer squash, in small cube
1 C frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 C frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 C corn
2 tsp dried garlic chips (fresh if desired)
Pinch poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp dried tarragon, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
4 C turkey stock
Recipe
Add the stock and dried garlic, if using. Cook until garlic is softened. Saute onion, squash, and mushrooms, lighty. Add everything else to stock and cook just to heat through. Add additional stock or water to keep ingredients covered.
