Soup, Turkey Tortellini

List of Ingredients
2 C cooked, cheese tortellini
5 C turkey stock
1 C leftover gravy
2 T olive oil
1 C chopped onion
1 C sliced carrot
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3/4 C chopped red cabbage
1 C broccoli florets (frozen)
1 C corn (frozen)
1 tsp basil
2 tsp chervil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp hungarian sweet paprika
1 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground green peppercorns
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 C cooked turkey, cubed
Recipe
Heat the stock and gravy to a boil. Meanwhile saute onion and garlic in 2 T olive oil. Add carrots to the hot stock and simmer 5 minutes. Add cabbage and spices. Cook 5 minutes. Add corn and broccoli and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add onion, turkey and tortellini.
