    List of Ingredients

    4 C broth
    3 C shredded pork, cooked
    1/4 C thinly slivered celery
    1/4 c sliced water chestnut or bamboo shoots
    2 C scallions, thinly sliced
    1 T soy sauce
    1 C packed watercress leaves

    Recipe

    Combine the four cups broth, three cups pork, one quarter cup celery, one quarter cup bamboo, two scallion and one tablespoon soy sauce. Simmer five minutes and add the one cup watercress.
