At a formal dinner this is served before dessert.
List of Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 T sherry
3 C soup stock
1/4 pound lean fresh pork, thinly sliced
1/2 pounds of greensRecipe
Greens, use a combination of spinach, cabbage, Shou choy or long sou choy and mustard greens. You can also add celery and beans if desired.
Wash the greens and cut into 1 inch lengths. Bring the stock to a boil and add the beef, simmer for half a minute. Remove the meat and reserve in a strainer. Pour sherry over meat and allow it to drain into the soup. Add the salt and greens and Simmer until just tender. Add meat and reheat.
