    List of Ingredients




    3 apples
    3 carrots
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    1/4 C chopped pecans
    1/4 C mayonnaise

    Recipe



    Dice apples, peel and all. Grate carrots and pour the lemon juice over. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Chill until ready to serve.
