    List of Ingredients

    4 large cooked ears of corn
    1/4 C butter
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 C thin cream

    Recipe

    Remove corn kernels from cobs. (1 1/4 C).
    Heat butter in a saucepan. Add peppers and cook slowly about 5 minutes. Add corn, seasoning and cream. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
