Meat and Potato Pie

Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
List of Ingredients
2 pounds stew meat
6 onions, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 C beef broth.
Crust;
1/4 pound beef suet
2 C flour
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 C milk
Recipe
Grease a large casserole. Place a layer of potatoes in, then onion. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange 1 inch cubes of beef on top. Repeat until casserole is full. Add broth.
Prepare crust by dicing suet with salt and flour. Add milk to make a dough. Roll out thinly and cover casserole. Slit top and crimp edges. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
