Green Olive Spread

1 1/2 C pitted green olives
1/2 C packed, chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 C packed, chopped fresh parsley
1 C chopped toasted walnuts
1 large clove garlic
3 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
Cayenne pepper to taste (1/8 tsp)
Recipe
First, toast the nuts in a single layer on an ungreased baking dish at 350 degrees F. for 5-10 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown.
In a Food processor, combine all ingredients, except olive oil. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Continue to process, slowly adding the oil until combined. Chill in a covered container.
