Kalamata and Sun Dried Tomato Spread

List of Ingredients
2/3 C sun dried tomatoes, softened
1 C chopped fresh tomatoes
1 lrg clove garlic
1 T olive oil
1 T minced fresh rosemary
1 C kalamata olives
1/2 C chopped toasted almondsRecipe
Toast the almonds in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees F. for 5-10 minutes.
In a heatproof bowl, cover the sun dried tomatoes with boiling water. soak for about 15 minutes, until softened, then drain.
Puree all. Store in a jar for up to 1 week. Serve at room temperature.
