    Swedish Star Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1 C sugar
    1/2 C butter
    Flour enough to roll
    3 egg yolks
    juice of 1 orange

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten yolks and orange juice. Work in the flour, Chill dough overnight. In morning roll out thin and cut out star shapes. Sprinkle with red sugar over top and place a raisin in center of each cookie.
