1 pound ground ham
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
2 C bread crumbs
1 C milk
3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 C vinegar
1/2 C waterRecipe
Combine meat, eggs, milk and bread crumbs and mix well. Form into small balls and place into baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard and pour over the ham balls. Bake slowly about 1 hour, basting often with the sugar mixture.
