    A little of every where.
    2-3 C thinly sliced onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 C stewed tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer to thicken. Spread over bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake.

    Or, use sliced tomatoes, 4 T fresh basil,chopped and 4 slices mozzarella Brush bread with olive oil first.

    1 T fresh chopped rosemary, 2 T olive oil and 1/4 C chopped black olives, or use the rosemary plus 1 T minced oregano, cracked black pepper and feta cheese.

    Your choices of chilies or peppers, celery, green olives, mushrooms and cooked sausage, green onions, egg yolk as a brush on glaze, chopped egg yolk, chives, lemon, orange, or lime peel, parsley.

    Sprinkle with ground chili, diced green chilies, cheddar or Mexican cheese, lime juice and green tomatilla salsa.
    After baking, slices of avocado.
