List of Ingredients
10 oz fresh asparagus
1/2 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 C sliced mushrooms
3 T butter
3 T dry white wine
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
In a large skillet, melt butter. Saute garlic, mushrooms and asparagus for 3-4 minutes. Cover the pan and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, until asparagus is tender. Remove from heat and add wine. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly.
