List of Ingredients
- 2 C woodland mushrooms, chopped
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 1 large tart apple
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces beer
Instructions
- Saute bacon and onion. Mix all but the beer. Put the mixture In a shallow casserole, and pour the beer over.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees F. for 50 minutes.
