Brussel Sprouts with Caramelized Onions

20 oz brussel sprouts
1/2 C oil and vinegar dressing
2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 C craisins
2 T butter
1 T chopped fresh parsleyRecipe
Wash trim and cut brussel sprouts in half.
Combine dressing, sage, salt and pepper. Add brussels, onion and craisins. Toss. Spread on ungreased jelly roll pan.
Roast about 20 minutes or until tender. Toss in butter and parsley.
