List of Ingredients
3 C shredded Chinese cabbage
3 stalks celery
2 medium onions, sliced
3 T peanut oil
2 bell peppers
1 C boliing water
1 bouillon cube
1 pound spinach
2 C bean sprouts
2 pimientos
Recipe
Cut celery in thin strips about 2 inches long. Cut bell pepper and pimiento into eighths. Heat oil in large skillet and saute onion, celery and bell pepper about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dissolve bouillon in water and add to vegetables in skillet. Bring to a boil and add cabbage. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add spinach and if leaves are large, tear into smaller pieces. Add bean sprouts and pimiento. Continue to simmer, covered, about 5 minutes longer, or just till spinach is heated through, green and partly crisp. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once.
