    Collards and Bacon

    List of Ingredients

    1 large bunch Collard greens
    1/3 bunch parsley
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled, (or ham hocks)
    1/2 C crushed up pecans

    Recipe

    Cook collards in boiling water 15-20 minutes. (or steam). Saute onion and garlic just until onion is tender. Drain the collards, if boiled. combine all and heat through.
