    Recipe Introduction

    Serves 12-15.

    List of Ingredients

    6 C small carrots, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 C oil
    3/4 C vinegar
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium green bell pepper,or red, diced
    1 C sugar
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

    Recipe

    Cook the carrots until just tender. Combine the remaining ingredients and heat. Pour it over the carrots. Serve hot as a side dish or vegetable.
