2 pounds whole beets, peeled and french fry cut
1 C cranberry juice
1 T cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/4 C orange marmalade
Recipe
Combine cranberry juice, cornstarch and salt in saucepan over medium high heat. Cook and stir until thick and shiny. Add marmalade and beets. Heat through for 10 minutes.
