Sweet Potato Casserole, Cranberry-

List of Ingredients



• 2 C fresh cranberries
  
• 1 C brown sugar
  
• 4-5 sweet potatoes
  
• 10-12 sausage links
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a casserole, in a 350 degree F. oven, bake the mixed cranberries and cugar.
   
   
2. Boil the peeled and sliced sweet potatoes, not too long. Place over the cranberries and lay sausage on. Season with salt and peper.
   
   
3. Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered. Remove cover and brown sausages.
