List of Ingredients
4-6 slices chopped bacon
1 T chopped onion
1 T flour
2 1/2 C frozen peas
1 C light cream
1 C chopped mushrooms
2 T butter
salt
pepperRecipe
Partially fry bacon, add onion and cook until soft. Add flour and blend. Add peas and cream. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Cook mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes. Add to peas and season with salt and pepper to taste.
