    Green Beans with Lemon and Walnuts

    List of Ingredients




    12-oz green beans, trimmed
    1 T butter
    1/4 C chopped walnuts
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, cook beans in a small amount of boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain
    Meanwhile in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add walnuts and ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes or until nuts are toasted, Remove from heat, stir in lemon peel and juice. Stir nut mixture into cooked beans.
