Horseradish Beets

List of Ingredients

1 number 2 can, (2 1/2 C), diced beets, drain and reserve juice
1 T cornstarch
3 T sugar
1 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C beet juice
1 1/2 T vinegar
2 T prepared horseradish


Recipe

Mix all ingredients except the beets. Add beets, cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
