KALE OR SWISS CHARD

List of Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/3 bunch parsley
- 3-4 slices onion, cut into cubes
- 3 large garlic, pressed
- 1/2 pound bacon, fry and crumble
- 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese(opt)
Instructions
- Steam or boil the kale until tender, 10-15 minutes. Drain if boiling.
- Meanwhile fry the bacon. Set aside to cool. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat. Saute the onion and garlic in the fat.
- Combine all to the fry pan and heat through. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. (or a small handful uf pine nuts.
- Serve as a side dish, or use in a quich, omelet or savory pie.
